KS2 Production of
July 2015
Over two evenings our KS2 children put on two stunning performances of Pirates of the Curry Bean which is the longest play we have performed by far.
Actors were taken from all of the year groups and it told the story of a bunch of incompetent pirates who kidnapped Pearl, the owner of a Tavern who was in possession of a treasure map.
Pirates 1
Her two children enlisted the help of sailors from the Crunchy Frog, a ship in the King's Navy, to find her but both ships become caught in a storm and the occupants find themselves stranded on the island of Lumbago.
Pirates 2   Pirates 3   Pirates 4
There they meet the natives and Chief Wonga who happens to be Pearl's long lost husband and father of her two children.
Pirates 5   Pirates 6   Pirates 7
The treasure eventually gets found on the island and after taking the sailors back to London the pirates resume their pirating activities.
Pirates 8   Pirates 9   Pirates 10
